The values in `c-file-offsets` were generated by running `c-guess-no-install` on `gl_boilerplate.cpp`, `tangerine.cpp`, and `sdf_rendering.cpp`.

c-file-offsetsis the file-local version ofc-offsets-alist.member-init-contchanged to-from-2once I got the tab settings right.tangerine.cppandsdf_rendering.cpp(in addition togl_boilerplate.cpp) produced some additional entries:On the other hand, it's encouraging to me that, when an override has been inferred, it has always been inferred with the same value. That suggests to me that the configuration is correct, just possibly not complete.
Ideally someone who understands these nuances more deeply than I do would look this over. I'm not marking this PR as a "draft" because there isn't a clear-cut showstopper, but I plan to continue trying this out.
